积极心理学在高校思想政治教育中的运用探究

The Application of Positive Psychology to the Ideological and Political Education

在高等教育体系中,学生的心理健康状态是其成为合格人才的根本。通过系统性地梳理积极心理学在构建高校思想政治教育体系中的贡献与作用,同时对现阶段思政教学体系中存在的问题进行总结,发现其普遍存在应对"问题学生"模式单一、教学模式单一、课堂参与度较低等问题。鉴于此,在积极心理学理论框架的基础上提出树立积极心理、创新教学模式、提升本土化实践的策略优化高校思政课堂。

Students' psychological health is the basis of becoming qualified personnel in the higher education system. This article systematically introduced the contribution and function of positive psychology in the construction of ideological and political education system. At the same time,it summarizes the problems existing in the present ideological and political education,which founds that the system has general problems of single model on dealing with 'problem students',single teaching model and low classroom participation. Therefore,based on the framework of positive psychology theory,the optimization of ideological and political class in colleges is proposed according to strategies of setting up positive psychology,innovating the teaching model and promoting localization practice.
