摘要
当前新建商品房小区的建设和发展面临着社区公共性日益消解的危机,通过社区组织凝聚居民建设社区共同体显得尤为重要。透过武汉市M社区"公益服务中心"吸引年轻业主参与社区事务的案例实践,从对接公益需求、组建公益组织、开展公益活动、回馈公益服务、形塑公益精神等五个维度对其进行了深入的剖析,为商品房小区的公共性生成提供了一个可选路径。但目前这种公益实践尚存些许局限,有待在今后的发展中进一步拓展和深化。
The construction and development of newly-built commercial housing's communities are facing the crises that the communities' publicity is increasingly dispelled,and it is very important to carry out public activities to foster community's publicity through community organizations. The case that the M community's'public service center'attracts young residents to participate in the community's public service activities has generated a certain effect on the community's public character. And specifically,the five aspects,including identifying public demands,forming public organizations,carrying out charitable activities,responding to the public service and cultivating public spirit,are considered in the in-depth analysis,which then provides an optional path for the generation of public character of commercial housing's community. But there are still some limitations of this kind of public practice,which needs further extension and improvement.
