初中语文课堂导入行为的观察评价与反思——基于“先行组织者理论”视角 被引量:6

Observation and Reflection on Leading-in Behaviors in Chinese Teaching of Middle School——Based on the Perspective of Advance Organizer Theory

摘要 导入行为作为语文课堂实践的序幕关系着新旧知识作用之效果,对其测评宜引入"先行组织者"理论作为有效性标准。为理清实践之不足,需在实践观察基础上,运用编制的课堂导入行为观察指标对导入行为的现状加以分析。结果显示,课堂导入行为在导入内容和导入方式方面存在导入意识淡薄、导入肤浅化、方式单一化等不足。这受教师的教学观念、专业素质、个性与经验等因素影响,亦与教师对先行组织者理论认识不足有关联性。因此,为了更好地改善导入行为的教学效果,需要教师在理论方面准确把握先行组织者观念、适时提升专业素养,更需在实践上恰当运用。 As the prelude of classroom practice of Chinese,leading-in behaviors affect the interactions between what has learned and newly learned knowledge.It is necessary to introduce the Advance Organizer Theory as the effective standards to evaluate leading-in activities.In order to find out the shortcomings of classroom practice,this paper uses the compiled observation indexes to observe leading-in behaviors in classroom practice of Chinese.It is found that leading-in behaviors have the following problems:weak consciousness in the content and manners of leading-in,superficiality of leading-in activities,and single way of leading-in,which is not only related to teachers' teaching concepts,professional qualities,personality and experiences,but also has something to do with teachers' insufficient understanding of the Advance Organizer Theory.Therefore,in order to better improve the effect of leading-in behaviors,teachers are required to precisely grasp the core of Advance Organizer Theory,duly promote their professional qualities,and put the theory into practice.
