在当前我国全面深化改革的背景下,我国证券市场出现了一些新问题、新情况,操纵证券市场罪逐渐显现出不适应的现象。针对此问题,应当分析背后的深层次问题,即在我国当前证券市场发展不完善的前提下,依据适应当前环境的观念与原则,提出操纵证券市场罪适用的观点并对出现的问题提出完善的建议,保障我国金融领域的改革,推动证券市场的健康发展。

In the context of comprehensively deepening reform in China,Chinese securities market has experienced some new problems and new situations,therefore the crime of rigging securities exchange has gradually appeared to be unsuitable. In order to solve these problems,the underlying problems should be analyzed,which,on the premise of the incompleteness of the current securities market,is to put forward sound suggestions on the crime of rigging securities exchange,on the basis of the opinions and principles adapting to the current situation,to ensure the reform and promotion of the financial field in China.
