人才培养问题的省思与再构

Reflection and Reconstruction of Talents Cultivation

当前人才培养存在着诸多问题,包括过于重视知识的培养、不重视人文素养的培养、培养不出创新型人才等。有鉴于此,展望未来有必要以核心素养培育来引领创新人才的培养。具体可付诸于以下方略:至善务本、自由宽容、平等尊重。

Currently,there have been many problems in the cultivation of talents,including over emphasis on knowledge training,little attention on humanistic qualities,and lack of innovative talents. In view of this situation,it is necessary to cultivate core qualities so as to lead the cultivation of innovative talents. Concrete actions can be taken in the following three strategies: fostering the quality of goodness,providing a free and tolerant environment,and paying equality and respect to all students.
