论以党的建设统领党内法规体系的构建

On the Construction of the Inner-Party Law System under the Guide of the Party's Construction

加强党内法规制度建设对贯彻"全面从严治党"具有重要意义。自《中国共产党党内法规制定条例》颁布以来,党不断探索对党内法规制度体系的科学分类,现今必须结合党的十九大报告关于党内法规制度建设的新论断,以党的建设为统领,并以目标任务的统一性、法规制度的完整性、党内法规的协调性和法规配套制度的完备性作为标准,进一步完善党内法规体系化的基本框架。

It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of inner-party laws and regulations for the implementation of strict Party discipline. Since the enactment of "Regulations of the Communist Party of China",Chinese Communist Party continuously explores the scientific classification of inner-party laws and regulations.According to the report of the 19 th National Party Congress,new requirements are made to improve the system of Party laws,which should be guided by the Party's construction and in line with the integration of goals,the completeness of law system,the coordination of inner-party laws as well as the completeness of supporting system.
