摘要
1949年4月至1950年底,太原公营工业企业在中国共产党的领导下,以"提高"为中心,进行了三次工资调整。首次调资灵活运用"原职原薪"政策,以"小米"折实发放工资;第二次调资将"餏"作为折实单位,并对职工工资等级进行了民主评定;第三次调资重点提高了技术人员的工资水平。三次工资调整初步践行了"按劳分配"的原则,为全国性的工资改革奠定了基础。
From April 1949 to the end of 1950,public industrial enterprises in Taiyuan,under the leadership of the communist party of China,made wage adjustments for three times,centering enhancement. For the first time,the original salary policy was flexibly applied,and the salary was paid in the form of millet. For the second time,Xi,as parity unit,was brought to wage increase,and the wage levels were determined by to make democratic assessment. For the third time,the emphasis was put on the raise of the wage for technicians. The three wage adjustments have preliminarily implemented the principle of distribution according to work,laying the foundation for the national wage reform.
