The action plan( A good childhood lasts a lifetime) is a special initiative to prevent and combat child sexual abuse in Norway. It takes children and adolescents as participants and beneficiaries,and pays special attention to exploring the education field,such as advocating the academic community to use professional knowledge to provide think-tank consults for government decision-making,encouraging schools to offer special courses to children so as to promote their ability of avoiding sexual abuse,perfecting the family guidance so that children's growing environment could be improved. This article describes the background and meaning of the good childhood action plan caaried out in Norway,through unscrambling the specific measures of preventing child sexual abuse,draws lessons from the beneficial ingredients,and puts forward some enlightenment on the prevention of child sexual abuse and the launch of sexual education in China.
