权力、资本与生活:乡村集市空间的失序逻辑与治理重构

Power,Capital and Life:Disordered Logic and Governance Reconstruction of Rural Market Space

乡村集市不仅是农民日常生活与交易行为的重要场所,也是最容易牵动社会秩序与政治关系的物理空间。对乡村集市的有效管控必须要厘清其空间特质与要素构成。为此文章通过尝试从权力逻辑、资本逻辑与生活逻辑的三维视角来解读乡村集市空间的治理情景,并借滨州市郊区R乡村集市的治理经验进行佐证。R乡村集市治理经历了一个从无序到有序的发展过程,其背后反映的是国家权力的嵌入与治理体系重塑的图景。具体而言,在政府权力制度化建构、集市自身转型升级的资本化建构、空间多元主体的社会化建构三层力量的互动逻辑下,促进乡村集市健康有序发展。

Rural market is not only an important place for farmers’ daily life and trading behavior,but also the physical space which is most likely to affect social order and political relations. The spatial characteristics and elements of rural fairs must be clarified to achieve effective control of rural fair. To this end,the governance scenarios of rural market space are interpreted from the three-dimensional analysis framework of power logic,capital logic and life logic,and are proved through the governance experience of rural villages in the suburbs of Binzhou. R rural market governance has experienced a disorderly and orderly development process,which reflects the embedding of state power and the socialization of the governance system. Specifically,under the interactive logic of the institutionalization of government power,the capitalization of market’s own transformation and upgrading,and the social construction of the spatial pluralist body,the rural market will be developed healthily and orderly.
