党的执政理念的“人民性”特质探析——基于改革开放四十年的历史经验分析

执政理念的人民性特质是中国共产党与生俱来的显著特征和优良品质,是马克思主义政党永葆政治本色的根本标志。改革开放四十年来,党始终把增进人民福祉、促进人的全面发展作为经济社会发展的出发点和落脚点,充分调动人民积极性和主动性,努力为人民创造幸福美好生活,从而彰显了党的执政理念的人民性特质。文章通过党的执政理念"人民性"特质的逻辑解析,从而挖掘出党的执政理念"人民性"特质的意涵和特点,最终对新时代党的执政理念人民性的实践进行探索,形成对改革开放四十年来党的执政理念"人民性"特质的深刻认识。

The people-oriented character of the ruling idea is the remarkable characteristic and excellent quality of the Communist Party of China,and the fundamental symbol of the Marxist political party’s permanent political nature. In the past 40 years of Reform and Opening-up,the CPC has always regarded improving people’s well-being and promoting people’s all-round development as the point and goal of economic and social development,fully mobilizing people’s enthusiasm and initiative,striving to create a happy and beautiful life for the people,and demonstrating the people’s character of CPC’s ruling concept. Through the logical analysis of the characteristics of the'people-oriented character'of CPC’s governing concept,the connotation and characteristics of the 'people-oriented character'of CPC’s governing concept can be excavated. Finally,the practice of the 'people-oriented character'of CPC’s governing concept in the new era can be explored to form a profound understanding of the 'people-oriented character'of CPC’s governing concept in the past 40 years of Reform and Opening-up.
