社区治理的质量与水平,对于国家治理能力与治理体系的现代化而言,是至关重要的。当前,网格化管理与基层自治组织作为社区治理的两个重要组成部分,其作用与功能是巨大的。文章研究发现:在网格化管理与基层自治组织互动融合发展中,还存在着职责划分不够清晰、资源整合效率不高、相关保障欠妥等问题,需要各方力量在工作运行、环境保障、机制建设上戮力而为,在促进网格化管理与基层自治组织均衡发展的同时,提升社区治理水平。
