社会组织参与社区福利治理研究综述

Literature Review of NGOs Engage in Community Welfare Governance

在家庭小型化的背景下,社会组织参与社区福利治理是国家、市场和社会的福利治理博弈与考量的必然结果,也是作为减轻国家福利、家庭福利供给压力的重要途径。文章追述前沿文献,重点梳理了社会组织参与社区福利治理的相关理论基础、面临的困难及其研究前景,并指出新形势下的社会组织参与社区福利治理的研究应以福利治理主体间的竞争与合作为立足点,应通过实证研究为社会组织参与社区福利治理提供中国路径。

Under the background of small-sizing family,the participation of social organizations in community welfare governance is an inevitable result of the competition and negotiation between country,markets and society.It is also an important way to reduce the pressure on state welfare and family welfare supply.This paper examines the latest research literature,focuses on the relevant theoretical foundations,difficulties and research prospects of social organizations participating in community welfare governance,and points out that the research of social organizations participating in community welfare governance under the new situation should be based on the competition and cooperation between welfare governance bodies,and that a Chinese path should be provided for social organizations to participate in community welfare governance through empirical researches.
