The Historical Evolution, Scientific Connotation and Era Value of Xi Jinping’s Thought of Precision Poverty Alleviation

党的十八大以来,习近平多次对精准扶贫作出重要论述,精准扶贫观不断丰富和完善。习近平精准扶贫观的历史演进大致可以分成七年知青岁月时期、长期在地方从政的扶贫实践时期、党的十八大之后扶贫实践时期三个阶段。习近平精准扶贫观经历了多个发展阶段才最终走向成熟,具有丰富的科学内涵,主要包括六个精准、五个一批、党的领导、人民群众、社会帮扶、全面小康六个方面的内容。在新形势下,深入学习贯彻习近平精准扶贫观,这是对马克思主义发展理论的继承与发展,是对中国特色社会主义扶贫理论的开拓与创新,为实现全面建成小康社会提供理论支撑。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has made important discussions on precision poverty alleviation many times,and the concept of precision poverty alleviation has been enriched and improved.The historical evolution of Xi Jinping’s thought of precision poverty alleviation can be roughly divided into three stages:the seven years of educated youth,the long-term practice of poverty alleviation in local politics,and the post-poverty practice period after the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Xi Jinping’s concept of precision poverty alleviation has gone through many stages of development and finally matured.It has rich scientific connotations,including six precise,five batches,Party leadership,the people,social assistance,and comprehensive well-being.Under the new situation,in-depth study and implementation of Xi Jinping’s view on precision poverty alleviation is the inheritance and development of Marxist development theory,the development and innovation of the theory of socialist poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics,and theoretical support for the realization of a comprehensive well-off society.
