摘要
鉴于我国'走出去'背景下文化影响力亟需增强的现实要求,传扬中国文化,讲好中国故事已经成为每个人公认的准则,对于翻译活动更不例外。为了更好地实现文化的输出,必须使译文最大程度地符合目标读者的文化语言习惯与心理认同,使源语文化为目标读者所接受,而不能将原文本所有的内容不加区分地进行翻译。将译者作为切入视角,对译者的'创译'和'创造性思维'进行概念整合,尝试分析不同类型的'创造性思维',对译者'创译'的方法和形式会产生的不同影响,进而强调译者在翻译过程中发挥创造性思维的重要性,同时结合习近平主席在新加坡国立大学的演讲英译文进行举例,旨在论述和总结译者的创造性思维在外宣文本翻译中的价值和有效性,进一步提升译者对自身创造性思维的重视程度,以'创译'来促进我国文化的输出,更好地帮助中国文化'走出去'。
In view of the fact that cultural influence needs to be strengthened urgently under the background of'going out',spreading Chinese culture and telling Chinese stories have become an accepted norm for everyone,especially for the translation activities.In order to achieve better cultural output,the target readers’cultural and linguistic habits and psychological identity must be matched to the greatest extent in the translation,so that the source language can be accepted by the target readers.Besides,we can’t translate all the contents of the original text without distinction.From the translator’s perspective,it conceptually integrates'creative translation'and'creative thinking',and attempts to analyze different types of'creative thinking'which have different effects on the translator’s methods and forms of'creative translation'.At the same time,taking the English translation of President Xi Jinping’s speech at the National University of Singapore as an example,the value and effectiveness of translators’creative thinking in the publicity translation are discussed and summarized,and the translators’attention to their creative thinking is further enhanced.Creative translation can promote the export of Chinese culture and help Chinese culture go out better.
