摘要
本研究用电子显微镜观察了水稻花粉粒萌发孔的形成过程;探讨了荫发孔各部分的发生、发育和亚微结构与功能;还讨论了花粉内壁的形成和作用;并与前人研究的某些观点作了比较.目前国内外有关花粉荫发孔发育的亚微结构资料甚少.涉及禾本科的仅见有早熟禾(Rowley1964)、玉米(Skvarla 1966)、和高梁(Christensen 1974).对孔的形成过程叙述得比较详细的只有高粱一种,但对萌发孔的亚微结构与功能的关系均未见有论述.在探索水稻萌发孔发生和发育的过程中,我们发现与前人的研究结果不尽相同.对水稻花粉内壁的形成与机能亦阐述了与其他作者的不同观点.
This study observed the progress of pore formation in rice pollen grain withthe aid of transmission electron microscope.It is suggested that the pollen poreconsists of three parts,namely pore-elevation,operculum and pore-septum.Theprogress of originality and development in different portions of pollen pore,andthe relationship between the fine structure of pollen pore and its function havebeen discussed in detail.Besides,the formation and function of intine have beendiscussed also.Comparation of our viewpoints with those of the previous inve-stigators have been made.
