Deepening of the reform of colleges and universities should be under the guidance of scientific concept of development.Implementing the scientific concept of development must face up to a variety of non-scientific existing problems in higher education.We must adhere to Marxism's guiding role of education and fundamental purpose of 'people-oriented' and consciously nurture of the spirit of university.We must insist seeking truth from facts and change our concept of learning and make university into a learning society.
