摘要
通过查阅文献,并借助问卷调查、统计分析等方法,对河南省6所本科高校体育教师效能感和在校大学生的锻炼行为之相关性进行研究后可得知,高校体育教师效能感的高低直接影响着大学生参加体育锻炼行为的惯常性与持续性。
This study is to investigate the correlation of the sense of teaching efficacy of college PE teachers and the exercise behaviors of college students.This study is carried out among the PE teachers from six universities of Henan province.The results show that college PE teachers' efficacy directly affects the college students' physical exercise behaviors and its sustainability.
