清末单士厘女士记述希腊神话之作《归潜记》将希腊神话引入中国。从某种意义上说,单士厘女士的《归潜记》是中国神话文学翻译和神话学研究的开山之作,对于近代中国人了解西方文化具有入门向导的作用,其历史意义不应被磨灭。

Shan Shi-li,a late Qing Dynasty writer,in her Gui Qian Ji introduces Greek mythology into China.It is a pioneer work on the myth of literary translation and the study of mythology in China,which helps modern Chinese to learn about the western culture,whose historical significance of guidance should not be effaced.
