摘要
采用恒温培养方式初步研究了大肠杆菌对雷公藤次碱(wilforine)的生物转化,应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测其转化产物。结果表明,大肠杆菌能够转化雷公藤次碱,有一个主要的转化产物。
This paper gave a preliminary study on Escherichia coli cultured by constant temperature to transform wilforine,and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were applied to detect transformation products.The results showed that Escherichia coli can transform wilforine,and has a major transformation product.
