中国高等教育国际化中人才流失的现状及对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Brain Drain in the Higher Education Internationalization

伴随中国对外开放和高等教育国际化的不断深入,人才流失,特别是高层人才流失日益加剧。本文针对中国目前面临的严峻的人才流失现状,分析了中国高等教育国际化中人才流失问题的原因。对中国近些年来为解决人才流失所做出的重要的措施、取得的成绩以及不足之处,提出一些个人建议。

Along with China’s opening up and the deepening of internationalization of higher education, the brain drain, especially the brain drain in higher education is growing increasingly. In terms of the current loss of the high –level talents, this paper analyzes the causes of the problem and put forward some suggestions based on the important measures and the achievements of stopping the brain drain in recent years.
