摘要
合成了4,6-二甲氧基-2-甲磺酰基嘧啶。第一步以4,6-二甲氧基-2-巯基嘧啶为起始原料,碳酸二甲酯(DMC)为甲基化试剂,在四丁基溴化铵和碳酸钾(Bu4NBr-K2CO3)催化下对巯基进行甲基化反应。第二步以所得产物4,6-二甲氧基-2-甲硫基嘧啶为原料,双氧水(H2O2)为氧化剂,钨酸钠(Na2WO4·2H2O)催化下合成最终产物。实验避免使用剧毒试剂,符合绿色化学理念。
4,6-Dimethoxy-2-(methylsulfonyl) pyrimidine was synthesized by the methylation and oxidation via environment-friendly processes.The first step was methylation.4,6-Dimethoxy-2-(methylthio)pyrimidine was synthesized from 4,6-dimethoxy-2-mercaptopyrimidine and dimethyl carbonate(DMC) in the presence of Bu4NBr and K2CO3.The second step was oxidation.4,6-Dimethoxy-2-(methylsulfonyl) pyrimidine was synthesized in the presence of H2O2 and Na2WO4·2H2O.Toxic chemical reagent was avoided in these processes.
