In his 60 years’school-running practice and exploration,Taiwan’s well-known educator,Mr. WANG Guang-ya, gradually formed a wealth of ideas on education that can be seen from his patriotic feelings,i. e. ,running schools to serve the homeland he loves,his courage and insight of running the first-class private colleges,his advanced educational ideas,his characteristic school mottos with rich connotations,his strategies of combining scientific management with innovation,his open thoughts,truth-seeking principles and humanistic ideas of education,i. e. ,teaching kindly and managing strictly,fairness and justice,teaching according to the students’abilities and'all for students',encouraging unique campus culture,which form his systemic educational thoughts.
