摘要
沈从文抗战时期未完成的长篇小说《长河》,试图通过少女形象夭夭这一"诗性主体"的建构,为中华民族的命运再造开辟出新的路径。但是,叙事速度的加快、叙事视点的游离与叙事情节的彼此矛盾,都表明这一创作理想难以实现。以个体抒情的方式参与抗战这一集体事业的叙事遭遇了前所未有的难度,小说文本因此也拥有了较为丰富的美学与社会学意义。
In his unfinished novel Changhe written during the Anti-Japanese War,SHEN Cong-wen tried his utmost to create a poetic subject,a girl named Yao-yao,whose life experiences are metaphorically projected against the background of our national destiny. But,the acceleration of the narrative rhythm,the diversion of the narrative perspective,and the contradictions of plots made the author’s plan fall through. SHEN’s failure lies in the inconceivable conflict between the writer’s lyrical ideality and the historic event in a certain time.
