摘要
心理契约作为高校与教师之间的一种隐形契约,其关键是高校对教师价值的认可和给予符合其价值的回报。心理契约中教师的"个性"与高校管理文化"共性"的良性互动是高校教师管理的原动力。在教师管理过程中充分认识心理契约的动态性特点,完善高校教师的心理契约,有利于教师与高校之间建立一种和谐的管理关系,促进高校与教师相互之间对义务的期待与共同信守承诺等的实现,进而提高高校管理的凝聚力与管理效率。
Psychological contract is invisible yet existing in between teachers and colleges /universities.The prerequisite lies in the recognition that teachers win from their working unit and in the recompense that colleges / universities give for teachers' labors.A teacher's individuality and a college / university's generality lead the psychological contract into a sound cycle of development in which the relationship between teachers and colleges / universities will grow to be increasingly harmonious,thus improving the efficiency of management in colleges / universities.
