摘要
本文将Grossman-Rossi-Hansberg模型进行扩展,从福利分析的角度入手,研究了中印软件业承接外包业务对服务业相对工资的影响。研究发现:软件产业外包业务对印度和中国服务业相对工资水平具有正向促进作用,并且中国软件业发展外包业务具备后发优势。通过结构向量自回归模型实证分析了上述研究结果,提出了中国软件产业实行跨越式发展的政策建议。
Based on the comparison between Chinese and Indian IT industry's outsourcing,this article focuses on the effect on the comparative wage of service industry with the combination of an extended off- shoring model and the feature of IT industry itself. The main part tries to construct an extended IT outsourcing model within the framework of Grossman and Rossi- Hansberg. The new model leads to two propositions which both China and India enjoy a positive correlation between the outsourcing development and the increase of the comparative wage of service industry. Thereafter this paper applies a SVAR model to prove the two propositions empirically. The other conclusion is that China has a potential comparative advantage in IT outsourcing over India.
