摘要
《韩非子》虽主张君主倚法、持术、处势,参伍名实以行赏刑二柄而治国畜臣,但并不完全排斥礼。其对礼的认同,沿承和发展了春秋以来各思想学派对"礼"的认识,并产生独到的见解和观点。主要包含三个方面:其肯定"礼"源情而制的特质;站在尊君卑臣的立场,认同"礼"正名分、明等级的作用;在邦国存废的机要上,认识到以敬为体的外交之礼的重要。
Han Feizi( 《韩非子》) advocates absolute monarchy,but it does not entirely exclude the role of the rituals. Its recognition of the rituals has carried forward and developed the various understandings ever since the Spring and Autumn Period. It has its own standpoints,which consist of three main aspects. First,the rituals are based on emotions. Second,the rituals play an important role in stating clearly the status. Third,the protocol is essential.
