Historical and cultural resources with Zhengzhou characteristics are the prominent advantages in the urban construction of Zhengzhou as a modern metropolis and they therefore serve an important support to the cultural development in this area. But unfortunately,the accelerating urbanization has destroyed a number of historical and cultural resources. In order to preserve and protect the rich heritage handed down to us,an innovation carrier must be adopted in new urbanization and reconstruction of the old city town.
