The Development of Rural Education: Reconstruction of Conceptions and Design of Institutions

摘要 教育均衡发展与城乡教育一体化问题的提出并不意味着城乡教育的同质化和农村教育特质的丧失。立足农村发展的农村教育,需要对农村教育进行概念重建,彰显基于农村自然、社会与农村人的农村教育特质。农村教育发展已经纳入城乡一体化进程之中,但在制度设计上既要考虑到物质条件上的补偿性制度,又要考虑基于农村特质的差异性制度。 To raise the issue of balanced development of education and integration of urban-rural education does not suggest the homogenization of urban and rural education and the loss of the trait of rural education. We should turn to rural education which focuses on the development of rural areas,that is,reconstruct the conceptions of rural education in order to show the distinguishing feature of rural education based on nature,society and people in rural areas. While designing the institutions of the development of rural education,we should take into consideration both the institution of compensation in certain condition and the institution of discrepancy from characteristics of rural areas.
