摘要
教师文化是影响教师专业发展、学校发展和教育改革的关键性因素。高校教师合作文化的缺失不仅不利于教师的专业发展,与新的时代潮流不相适应,更与教育教学改革的要求相背离。本文从生态的视角出发,基于文化生态观,认为以共同体为平台,打破个人主义樊篱,建构具有平等、共享、协同等特征的"生态型"教师合作文化,是促进教师专业发展的重要手段和持续保障,对教育改革与发展具有十分重要的意义。
A top priority should be given to the teachers' culture because it exerts profound influence on teachers' professional development,the educational quality,and the educational reform as well. Obviously,the absence of teachers 'cooperative culture hinders the teachers' professional development and the advancement of faculty quality. Based on the concept of cultural ecology,the study deems that to construct the teachers 'cooperative culture by means of the community of practice,which is characterized with equality,sharing and collaboration,can sustain the teachers' professional development.
