Philosophical Analysis of New Rural Construction and Urban-rural Integration from the Ecological Civilization Perspective

当前中国的新农村建设就是生态文明建设在农村的具体化,其哲学含义是生态自然基础上的系统复杂的建设性实践活动,目的是要实现农村经济社会发展的生态化、科学化、和谐化、可持续化,核心是"城市文明"的新农村,本质是以人为本,即让农村人共享城市文明,路径是城乡一体化。

The New Rural Construction is the embodiment of ecological civilization construction in the countryside at the present time. Its philosophical meaning is a complex and constructive practice on the basis of ecology,and its purpose is to realize the ecological,scientific and sustainable development of the rural economy and society. Its core is 'urban civilization ' of the new countryside where the essence is 'people-oriented ',that is,rural people could share the urban civilization and the path is the integration of urban and rural areas.
