摘要
目前利用荧光探针技术对重金属离子进行检测发展迅速。本文通过西弗碱反应制备了水溶性好的Cu2+荧光增强型探针RH-V,测试了其紫外和荧光性质。结果表明:RH-V可以在水溶液中高选择性和高灵敏度地识别Cu2+,检测性极限达到了0.82μM。
Nowadays,fluorescent probe technique for metal ion detection is developing very rapidly. In this paper,based on Schiff base reaction, a novel rhodamine derivative RH-V was successfully designed and synthesized, and characterized by means of fluorescence and UV-vis spectra. The results indicated that RH-V could be used for the detection of Cu2 +in aqueous solution with high sensitivity and selectivity and detection limit of probe RH-V for Cu2 +was about 0. 82 μM.
