郑州航空港经济综合实验区作为国家批准的第一个以航空经济为引领的国家级新区,它不仅是郑州市经济发展的新板块,同时也是中原经济区发展的龙头和郑州走向世界的开放平台。为进一步了解并促进郑州航空港经济综合实验区房地产市场发展,对航空港区房地产业的优势劣势、发展机遇和可能遇到的问题进行了研究,提出了合理化的对策和建议,以期为航空港区房地产业的健康发展提供决策依据。

Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimentation Area is the first state-approved area for developing airport economy to realize the national strategy. It is not only a new plate for Zhengzhou economic development,but also an open platform for the development of the Central Plains Economic Zone and Zhengzhou to the world. To further understand and promote the development of the real estate market,the author makes a simple research on the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and potential problems of the real estate industry,and puts forward the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide the basis for the healthy development of the real estate industry.
