大学课堂的互动式教学在实践中存在教学观念简单片面、教学设计要求高、教学进度被打乱、课堂组织不得当、课堂控制有难度等问题。打造高效互动式教学课堂需要学校教务管理部门和教师共同参与设计和实施,从教学设计、课堂组织、课堂控制、考核评价、培训与督导五方面对课堂教学全面提升。

There exist some problems in interactive classrooms in colleges and universities such as simplicity and one-sidedness in teaching ideas,over-particular in teaching design,disarranged teaching procedures,disorderly class organization and difficult class control. Effective interactive classes require a co-participation of the teaching management departments and teachers in every aspect as mentioned above.
