摘要
教师专业发展是提高教师质量的重要举措,是世界教师教育发展的共同要求,也是我国教育发展的内在要求。特殊教育学校教师面对的对象更为复杂,其专业发展更加重要。构建教师专业知识、专业技能和专业情感发展的学研型、能力型和创新型的教研团队,是实现特殊教育学校教师专业发展的重要途径,也直接影响教师专业化发展水平。
As an effective means of improving the quality of teachers,the teachers' professional development is not simply a common requirement for teacher education throughout the world,but also the inherent requirement of education development in our country. To better realize the specialization of teachers,it is significant to construct an academic,competency-based and creative research team on the basis of an integrated development of professional knowledge,professional skills and profession complex.
