On the Way from “Law”to “God”: Based on the Analysis of the First volume of Plato's “The Law”

基于柏拉图《法律篇》第一卷的文本,作此两种分析:分析柏拉图在文中对法的实现途程的论证表述,以此来揭示柏拉图在此卷中关于法的态度与认识;尝试揭示法在与神的关联中,其存在及其世间显现的方式。同时在揭示过程中,探试法所依托的实质境域,即与神的关联的奠基基质。

Based on the text of the first chapter of The law written by Plato,the paper makes two kinds of analysis. One is to reveal the recognition and attitude towards the law in terms of the expression of realizing the law. The other analysis concentrates on revealing the existence and visualization of law by means of the relevance with God. Meanwhile,in the process of revealing the context on which the law depends or the relevant foundation with God is discussed.
