山东省高等教育成效、问题及对策——基于同广东省(2010～2014年)的比较

Achievements,Problems and Countermeasures of Higher Education in Shandong Province as Compared with Guangdong Province(2010-2014)

近五年来,山东省高等教育取得了长足的进步,高校数量和在校生数逐年增加,高等教育网络逐渐形成。尽管山东省高等教育发展取得了一定的成果,但通过与广东省近五年来在高等教育规模、数量与投入方面的比较看,山东省高等教育发展的问题凸显,研究生培养速度缓慢,教育发展结构不均衡,教育经费投入不足等问题十分突出。为此,山东省应大力推进研究生的培养工作,实现高效内涵式发展,加大财政对教育的投入力度,以此来推动山东省高等教育平稳、快速、健康发展。

With the rapid developing of the national higher education,higher education in Shandong province has made considerable progress in the past five years where the number of college students remained increasing every year and higher education has gradually formed a network.A vertical analysis helps much to understand the achievements but little to find out the failures made in the higher education in Shandong province.By comparison with the relative issues in Guangdong province in the past five years,the paper points out some existing problems in Shandong higher education such as the slower development of graduate education,the unbalanced educational structure and the shortage of educational funds.
