摘要
说课作为一种教学、教研改革的手段,目前是在校师范生专业技能训练的重要环节,是指导师范生提升教学能力的实践课程。使用问卷调查、个案分析、针对性访谈等研究方法,着重分析生物师范生说课技能训练的教学模式,提出以师范生为行动主体的"解说-讨论-答辩-评说"双向互动说课技能训练方式,构建由易到难的"分级讨论"训练体系,引导师范生采用任务驱动和分组讨论的方法组织训练,并通过"反馈"环节检测训练效果。本研究对师范生说课技能训练提供参考和借鉴。
Lesson Plan Presentation(LPP), as a reform means of teaching and research, is an important training part among allprofessional skills for current normal students, and is also a practice course which aims to guide the students to enhance theirteaching ability. This paper employs questionnaire investigation, case analysis, targeted interviews and other research methods toanalyze the teaching mode of LPP skill practice of normal students majoring in biology. Based on the above research, this paper putsforward the two-way interactive method for LPP skill practice which includes'explanation-discussion-defense-evaluation'parts,builds the classification system in which the training design of discussion varies from easy to difficult, guides the students to adoptthe task-driven method and group discussion way to carry out their practices, and examines training effects through the'feedback'part. This paper may provide some reference and experience for normal students in their practice process of LPP skills.
