摘要
父母出国留守儿童是一个特殊的留守儿童群体。对浙江省温州市著名侨乡丽岙街道、玉壶镇两地的调研显示,该群体存在家庭教育资源不足、人格发展和心理健康受阻、学习认知偏差等问题。建议建立政府主导机制、构建社会呵护网络、完善学校教育、构建父母出国留守儿童的"类家庭"模式等,为父母出国留守儿童提供针对性的关爱保护。
As a special group of left-behind children, those whose parents have gone abroad were found to be suffering from a lack of family education, a hindered personality development and mental health, and a learning cognitive bias as well.It is strongly suggested in the paper that a government-baesd guiding mechnism, social care and protection network and a quasi-family bringingup mode be constructed and meanwhile, the aducation in schools be improved.
