民族地区农村初中教师队伍建设现状调查——以武陵山片区S县为例

Investigation on the Current Situation of the Construction of Rural Junior High School Teachers in Minority Areas:A Case Study of S County in Wuling Mountain Area

民族地区农村初中教育属于义务教育的范畴,打造一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化农村初中教师队伍,是深化民族地区农村教育事业的改革与发展的重要措施。本文以武陵山片区S县为个案,调查、分析了民族地区农村初中师资队伍建设的现状,并据此提出了民族地区农村初中教师队伍建设的政策建议。

Rural junior high school education in minority areas belongs to the category of compulsory education,and it is an important measure to promote the reform and development of rural education in the minority areas by building up a contingent of teachers with high morality, excellent professional skills, reasonable structure and full of vitality.This paper takes S County in Wuling Mountain Area as a case,and analyzes the status of junior high school teachers in the rural areas of ethnic minority areas,and puts forward some policy suggestions on the construction of junior high school teachers in ethnic areas.
