新媒体时代虚假信息的产生与防治

Dummy Message in the Era of New Media:Occurrence and Prevention

随着互联网技术和移动终端的快速发展,人们能够更加便捷地接触和使用以互联网为主体的新媒体信息传播工具,多渠道地表达个人诉求,促进了信息市场的繁荣。但同时新兴媒体传播虚假信息的现象屡禁不止,扰乱了正常社会秩序和人民生活,对社会的影响和危害极大。在新媒体时代,避免和减少虚假信息的产生和蔓延是一项系统工程,需要政府加强宏观把控,完善法律法规;也需要媒体自律,提升新闻从业者的专业主义素养,做好对受众的正确舆论引导,增强媒体公信力;另外还要谨防"电子乌托邦"思想的产生。

With the rapid development of IT and MT, people are now able to have more access to the Internet-based information communication tools which meet the multi-channel personal appeals and promote the prosperity of information market. However, dummy message flows uncontrollably and continuously out of the new media, greatly disturbing the social stability. Therefore, how to stop the occurrences of dummy message will undoubtedlly be a system engineering which requires the governments' macroscopic readjustment and control, the improvement of laws and regulations and the establishment of a self-discipline mechanism. Besides, strict precautions should be taken against the so-called'teletopian'ideas.
