From Habitual Silence to Winning Acknowledgement:A Realization of Dignity in Educational Career

摘要 学校中师生关系的错位、教师自主权的丧失与教师自我迷失导致教师缺乏学生的爱戴;学校管理层对个体自主权利的剥夺以及教师共同体中来自他者的价值忽视,最终导致教师尊严的丧失。承认理论通过促使个体与他者的不断交往,使其获得来自他者的情感关怀、尊重以及对其价值的认可,最终使个体能够摆脱以往的习惯性沉默,进行更有自信的表达,逐渐获得自我成长,过有尊严的生活。 That the relationship between teachers and students is dislocated,teachers' autonomy is deprived of and part of the teaching staff is experiencing a psychological self-loss leads to a shortage of students' love and respect for teachers. Through continuous communication with others,the individual may get emotional care,respect and value recognition from other people,which help to be free from habitual silence and to reconstruct the sense of self-confidence and responsibility,hence a realization of self-growth and self-dignity.
