高校学科发展的动态分析——基于教育部两轮学科评估数据的对比

Dynamic Analysis of University Discipline Development Based on a statistical analysis of the results of China Discipline Ranking

摘要 "双一流"背景下,学科水平越来越成为影响高校竞争力的核心要素。在对教育部第二轮和第三轮学科评估数据进行统计和对比分析的基础上,尝试以动态视角探寻高校学科发展的规律。研究结果表明,高校学科指数越大则其整体学科稳定性越强;学科发展兼具层级保持性和流动性,遵循强者恒强效应;金字塔型的学科层级结构是较为理想的学科发展结构,模型学科的内外部开放性不断促进自身发展。基于此提出了促进高校学科发展的策略。 The level of discipline has become the core factor influencing the competitiveness of universities under the background of"Double First-rate". Based on the statistical analysis of the results of China Discipline Ranking(CDR)of the second and third round,this paper explores the law of university discipline development from a dynamic perspective. It is found that:1)The higher the academic index of the university is,the greater the stability of the whole discipline is;2)Discipline development has both maintenance and mobility and follow the rule of"The powerful will be more powerful";3)The hierarchical structure of pyramid is an ideal subject development model;4)The internal and external openness of the discipline continually promote its own development. Finally,the paper puts forward a strategy to promote the development of university disciplines.
