儿童规则教育中自由精神养成策略探析

On the Cultivation of Spirit of Freedom among Kids in the Rule Education

规则与自由共生互助。一方面,自由是一种为人们提供助益的手段,赋予人类以创造力,提供社会进步的动力。自由依赖于一般性规则而存在,规则保障自由,自由因为规则而更加理性自觉,没有规则就没有自由。本文分析当前规则教育的现状,提出自由精神缺失的规则教育对儿童成长的危害,从中国的历史与国情之中找出问题的根源,尝试从教育的角度提出规则教育中自由精神养成的合理性及其举措。

Rule and freedom supplement each other. On the one hand, rules are derived from needs whereas freedom is a way to provide people with benefits, giving civilization the power of creativity and promoting social progress. Freedom relies on general rules. On the other hand, the rules guarantee freedom and make freedom rational and there is no freedom without rules. The paper firstly points out an absence of the cultivation of freedom spirit in the current rule education which is likely to be detrimental to the growth of the kids. And then, the paper puts tentatively forward some countermeasures accordingly.
