摘要
小学全科教师培养目标内涵丰富,作为卓越小学教师培养的重要引领,其认识和实践边界也相对复杂:从内容层次结构看,它包括全科教师的学科融合意识与知识、态度、价值观、情感体验、教学技能等;从关系维度看,它包括全科教师的人际关系、学科关系、理论与实践关系;从学理结构看,它包括全科教师培养的方向目标、内容目标和方法目标,这些目标结构规定了它的动态性、整体性、主体性和实践性特征。正确解析小学全科教师的培养目标,对于高素质小学全科教师的培养无疑有着重要的理论和实践意义。
The training of general teachers for primary schools is abundant in content. In detail, it focuses on discipline integration awareness, knowledge, attitudes, values, emotional experience and teaching skills. Besides, it is involved in a welldeveloped network of interpersonal relationship, interdisciplinary relationship and theory-practice relationship as well. Moreover, its aims, contents and approaches are typically dynamic, integrated and practical.
