来华留学生会计学专业人才培养之供给和需求分析——基于浙江财经大学两类学生的认知研究

Analysis of Supply and Demand of Foreign Accounting Students' Cultivation:Based on Two Classes of Students' Cognitive Research in Zhejiang University

在"一带一路"合作倡议背景下,推进来华留学生事业全面协调可持续发展,打造中国教育的国际品牌是新形势下的一个重要课题。随着会计准则国际趋同的不断推进,国际高端会计人才培养前景看好。基于来华留学生会计专业人才培养,从需求和供给视角,以在校本土国际生与来华留学生为研究对象,就来华留学生会计专业人才培养的需求与供给现状做出调查,以期为进一步创建高端国际化复合型来华留学会计人才培养模式提供研究基础。

Under the background of the cooperative initiative of'The Belt and Road', it is an important subject to promote the allround and sustainable development of foreign students in China and to build the international brand of Chinese education in the new situation. As with the convergence of accounting standards, the cultivation of international high-end accounting talents is promising.Based on the training of students of foreign accounting major, from the perspective of supply and demand, investigating the local international students and foreign students in schools, and making survey of the situation of foreign accounting major in china, this paper aims to lay a foundation for further research of creating an accounting talents training mode of cultivating high-end international students.
