河南省特殊教育教师性别与信息技术应用能力关系研究 被引量:1

A Study on the Relationship Between Gender and the Application Ability of Information Technology in Special Education Teachers in Henan Province

摘要 近年来,中国特殊教育事业发展日新月异,特教教师知识技能的储备是特殊教育学校持续发展的关键。鉴于信息技术在特校教学中的广泛应用并成为特校教师必备技能之一,本研究从信息意识、知识、技能和道德四维度对国培特教学员男性教师与女性教师在信息技术应用能力方面进行问卷调查。分析发现:男性教师在信息技术意识和知识方面高于女性教师,而女性教师在信息技术和道德方面优于男性教师。从教师职业、年龄阶段、教师自律、局限性四方面进行归因分析,提出加强各级教育行政机关引导与督促、进行特教教师信息技术应用能力专项培训、举办信息技术应用能力教学竞赛、营造学校信息化教学氛围四点建议。 In recent years, the development of special education in China is changing with each passing day. The reserve of special education teachers’ knowledge and skills is the key to the healthy and sustainable development of special education schools. In view of the wide application of information technology in teaching in special education schools, which has become one of the necessary skills for special school teachers, this study conducts a questionnaire survey on the application skills of male teachers and female teachers in the'national training'program from the four dimensions of information awareness, knowledge, skills and ethics. The study finds that male teachers are higher than female teachers in information technology awareness and knowledge, while female teachers are superior to male teachers in information technology and ethics. It provides the attribution analys is from four aspects: teacher occupation, age, selfdiscipline, and limitations. And puts forward four suggestions to strengthen the guidance and supervision of educational administrative agencies at all levels, provide special training on the application ability of information technology for special education teachers, organize the teaching competition of information technology application ability, construct the information teaching atmosphere of the schools.
