摘要
针对21世纪第二个十年以来全球化时代背景变化和公民教育的新特点,国际教育成就评价协会于2017年11月公布了第四次国际学生公民教育调查结果。结果显示:在公民知识、公民参与和公民态度三方面保持了以往调查连续性和区域性的特点,公民教育将以可持续发展教育为主要内容,以社交媒体参与为新型途径继续推进。
To reveal the development of globalization and new characteristics of civil education, IEA released in November, 2017 the 4th Civil Education Survey for International Students. The results show that civil literacy, participation and awareness remained to becontinuously and regionally different and that civil education will take the sustainable development as the main content and the social media as the new approach to keep carrying forward.
