摘要
教师专业伦理的价值问题一直处于研究的边缘。教师专业伦理价值的功利化、价值过度拔高、价值中立带来的"空壳化"以及价值间冲突等现象和问题,极不利于教师专业伦理的养成。以教师自身的德性及合乎德性的教育活动为中心构建德性伦理,可以有效应对"工具理性"及功利主义带来的价值虚无现象。重视德性伦理即注重教师内生的价值判断和选择,能够及时解决教育中的价值冲突问题。具有德性的教师以合乎德性的方式进行教学,是教师专业伦理价值重构的基本形态和应有之义。
Utilitarianism,exaggeration,neutrality and incompatibility as disharmonious factors have existed in the evaluation of professional ethics of teachers,which is to the disadvantage of the development of teaching ethics.By way of teachers’moral cultivation and other morality-related teaching activities,teachers’virtue ethics can possibly be built up which is believed to solve the above-mentioned problems because virtue ethics focuses on the value judgment and value orientation.
