摘要
教师的核心素养问题是教师教育中一个相当现实的问题。研究教师核心素养有利于培养优秀的未来公民、丰富教师专业化的理论、促进基础教育课程改革。目前师范院校面临师范生培养的专业化与综合化相冲突、学科教育的独立性与共通性难兼顾、师范教育的封闭性与开放性难调整等挑战,不利于师范生核心素养的培养。本文提出以核心素养优化教师教育的课程体系、以因材施教创新教师教育的教学模式、以实践为指归提高教师教育的师范性等措施促进师范院校教师教育改革,以培养具备核心素养的未来教师。
To cultivate the core accomplishments of teachers is practically significant in promoting the reform of teachers’ education because it is likely to benefit the training of future citizens, enrich the theory of teacher specialization and enhance the curriculum reform of elementary education. At present, there are many problems the normal education in China such as a conflict between the professionalization and integration in the training of normal university students, an imbalance between the independence and commonality of subject education, a failure in the adjustment of closure and openness of subject education, and etc., which goes against the development of students’ core competences. The paper focuses on the optimization of teacher education curriculum system with core accomplishments and the improvement of teacher education’s normalcy with practice which are believed to be able to promote the reform of teachers’ education across China.
