斯多葛主义自然法的“道“”德”论及其当代生态哲学价值

A Study of “Dao” and “De” in the Thought of Stoicism and Their Contemporary Ecological Philosophy Value

斯多葛主义自然法思想中关于自然宇宙运行的"逻各斯"理论强调"取法自然而生活"。斯多葛主义的"自然秩序"论和自然理性"善"论与中国道家老子的"道"与"德"的原初内涵有共同的思维逻辑。人类社会的发展导致生态危机日益严峻,人与自然宇宙具有"大地共同体"性质,从"人为自然立法"到消弭"发展代偿",古代斯多葛主义的自然法思想值得现代思考和理论借鉴。

The idea of'Living by nature'in Stoicism places emphasis on the thoughts of'natural order'and'natural good'which have in common with the thoughts of'Dao'and'De'in Lao tzu’s philosophy in that both are irradiative in dealing with the ecological crises in the process of human development. Starting from'establishing law for nature by man'to'compensatory development',the thought of Stoic natural law is of great theoretical significance at the present times.
